We’re all about personal connections

Having spent years on the phone with Singapore Airlines, and being a caller myself to various businesses, I know it’s really frustrating when you want to know more and you get directed to a form so you can send an email. It’s like the business doesn’t really want to talk to you, and they certainly don’t want you interrupting them while they work! What’s worse is when you do make the effort and send an inquiry through their form, and then never hear back from them.

It’s not like that at The Heartware Group.

We know some people prefer to email, while others would rather pick up the phone and have a conversation. But you don’t want a conversation with someone who tells you they’ll take a message and “get someone to call you back.”

So when you email or call, your enquiry will most likely be picked up and answered by me, Dawn Russell, owner and founder of The Heartware Group.
