Part One: Discover your team type

No team is effective without trust and communication.  Part one of this program helps you build a self-aware and trusting team.  You’ll establish an understanding of each team member’s motivations and workstyle to uncover your team’s specific “team type.”  As a result, your team will become a tight “unit,” building lasting cohesion and collaboration habits, and you’ll leave part one with a clear action plan for working better in harmony.

Many teams aren’t a good fit for their objectives but don’t even realise it. In part two of the High-Performance Program, we turn uncertain team performance around by mapping a group’s natural strengths to its goals, exposing areas of misalignment and providing recommendations to address them.
