PI Behavioural Job Assessment

We invariably hire people based on their skills, experience, knowledge and qualifications. We frequently take into consideration their values, morals and interests. But when we fire them, or finally recognise that they’re not a good fit, it’s nearly always because of their “behaviour.” So we help you assess and design jobs from a behavioural perspective. Once we know the behavioural demands of a job, we can look for a candidate whose natural behaviour aligns with those demands. When people have a natural propensity to behave in the way the job demands, they are more likely to succeed and thrive in that position. You get increased productivity, and they get to do what they love.

PI Behavioural Assessment

Once the job has been assessed behaviorally, we need data about the people you’re considering for the job. Using The Predictive Index Behavioural Assessment, we collect data from a stimulus-response questionnaire, giving us a person’s behavioural profile.

As well as using this data to check behavioural alignment with a job, we also use the information to coach strengths and blindspots, tailor management styles and inform relationships through improved communication.
